  • Job Summary:
    Ensuring a well-coordinated activities of, and effective communication to and from, the Office of the CEO with all organizational units in the Bank and other co-operatives or organizations.
  • Responsibilities and Duties
    • Provides clerical/administrative support, including the composition and preparation of memos, correspondence and presentations;
    • Acts as Board/Committee Secretariat and prepares Board/Committee Meeting Minutes;
    • Informs/confirms attendance of BOD and GA elected committee members to bank meetings.
    • Records and keeps files (correspondences, circulars, membership files) of the bank in proper order.
    • Coordinates with service providers for repairs and maintenance of office equipment
    • Supplies and Equipment/Furnitures & Fixtures inventory
  • Qualifications and Skills
    • Graduate of business administration & other related business courses.

Administrative Coordinator

  • Job Summary:
    Coordinates, oversees, and/or performs a wide variety of administrative, secretarial, and program support activities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties
    • Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other departments/offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues;
    • Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain departmental records and databases, as appropriate; establishes and maintains files and records for the office;
    • Provide support in preparation and maintaining the department documents, memos, and reports when needed;

Finance Assistant-Loans

  • Job Summary:
    Performs quality administrative, technical and support work related to loans bookkeeping operations. Specifically, the position is focused on the monitoring of loans maturities, arrearages, defaulting accounts, recording and documentation of movements of loan accounts in terms of payment and delinquency so that the bank/department can take or make prompt and proper actions/decisions.
  • Responsibilities and Duties
    • Post all loan payments in individual subsidiary ledgers;
    • Prepares loan tickets, vouchers and daily proofsheet;
    • Ensures that loan subsidiary ledgers balances with the General Ledger;
    • Sees to it that daily loan transactions balances with cash and finance/accounting department;

Internal Audit Assistant

  • Job Summary:
    Provide support to department activities with specific responsibility for ensuring that all policies, practices and/or regulations meet compliance/audit requirements.
  • Responsibilities and Duties
    • Ability to follow audit programs to conduct audits, includes completing audit files (with working papers) in reference to the audit program;
    • Assist in performing detail testing of source documents and observations and analysis of departmental procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls as well as operational efficiencies;
    • Assist in conducting review and audits of internal/department activities and/or procedures for the purpose of ensuring compliance with prescribed auditing standards;
    • Assist the Internal Auditor in the preparation of Audit Committee minutes and other documents and reports needed during committee meeting, BSP/CDA examination/inspection.
  • Qualifications and Skills
    • Graduate of Bachelor in Accountancy;

Marketing Officer

  • Job Summary:
    Develop products & services of the Bank and formulate business/marketing plan to promote its products and services.
  • Responsibilities and Duties
    • Identify and study new business prospects and propose to the President;
    • Formulate business and marketing plans and financial projections;
    • Develops product/services and implement product/services campaigns;
    • Plan the activities of the marketing department on a regular basis based on general directions as defined by the BOD and submit this plan to the President for approval;
    • Promote and market the businesses, its products and services to members and all other possible customers.
  • Qualifications and Skills
    • Must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Management or a related course
    • Must be exemplary in the following areas: organization and analysis, project managing, communication and writing, problem solving, people-handling, and multi-tasking.
    • Good interpersonal skills.

Risk Management Assistant

  • Job Summary:
    Assist in the gathering of risk-related data from internal and external resources. Assist in the preparation of reports that includes the degree of risk involved.
  • Responsibilities and Duties
    • Assist in the enhancement of Bank’s risk management policies, process & systems;
    • Monitor and consolidate risk encountered by various units;
    • Monitor implementation of risk management strategies and action plans;
    • Assist the Risk Officer in the preparation of reports/presentation and other documents needed during committee meeting and regulatory agencies examination/inspection.
